I can confirm that this is so.

Unfortunately, it leaves KeyRing without the new features ie: Changes from 1.2.

• New algorithms DES3-CBC and AES-CBC.
• Use PBKDF2 for key generation.
• New record format, allowing to store more than the standard fields
  later.
• Make name/account/password fields scrollable to support long passwords.
• Generate Hex passwords.

Running Debian stable - jpilot 2.0.2

If I click on plugins, I see expense and SQLite - but no keyring?

I ran $ jpilot -d

from the command line with the -d option - no mention of keyring?

Totally confused at this point...
