Well the best way to fix that problem is to download and compile it yourself.  SuSE during the loading ask if you want all of the developement tools and if you missed that try Yast2 and Software Management.   Also in SuSE change /usr/local to /usr and have it over write SuSE's stuff. otherwise you will have two different locations of about the same and one new /usr/include/files.h
