[jp] 1.6.0. - alarm commands - %D and %N are not substitued

I have upgraded to 1.6.0. Started from a clean .jpilot directory, and only
copied the jpilot.rc file.
I found out that when an alarm command is triggered, the %D (alarm
description), and %N(alarm note) are passed to the executed script without
any substitution (ie args are actually %D, and %N). The rest of the
arguments are substituted OK (%t, and %d are substituted with the alarm time
and date respectively).

When downgrading back to 0.99.9, problem was solved. Can someone else verify
this behavior ?

I guess I'll stick with this the older version until problem is solved.
