[jp] Cannot sync Handsping Visor using jpilot

I just managed to get my palm XT handheld to sync.  I don't know if this
will work for you, but with my zire and now my palm XT I have to press
sync on the palm, wait a few seconds and then press the sync button in
jpilot.  It works for me.
