I'm not using the pre-releases - I'm using JPilot 0.99.7 and pilot-link 0.11.8, and for
me, pilot-link does indeed loop and wait but J-Pilot gives an error.  Only with USB
handhelds.  I'm using Gentoo, not Fedora 3, so it's not distribution-specific.
