Dear Dr. Rousseau,
I have made a patch against 0.99.8-pre7, which add an UTF: Traditional
Chinese(BIG-5). For better identity, I also modified UTF: Chinese into
UTF: Simplified Chinese
I am not familiar with programming, maybe something will go wrong. But
on my linux box it works.
