	When building from CVS sources, the configure file should never be
present. That file is created when a distribution of the sources is made
(i.e. when Judd or the author creates a new release). If you want to build
it yourself, you'll need to run either 'autogen.sh' with your arguments, or
just run 'autoconf' in the source tree, then run ./configure with your
arguments.
