[jp] problems running .confiure

I checked out the source from CVS and copied configure.in to the source 
I downloaded (I couldn't get autogen.sh to work).  That didn't fix the 
problem but I suspect I needed to do more.  I installed pilot-link in 
/usr/local and jpilot complied fine.
